BIOGRAPHY:

As a senior environmental scientist for California Department of Water Resources, Brad directed thirteen environmental scientists and field technicians in the resource study programs (especially of anadromous fish) needed to operate the State Water Project in compliance with the Endangered Species Act. He also played a prominent role in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing of Lake Oroville Facilities (Project 2100).

Brad currently leads the California team for Cramer Fish Sciences, a fisheries consulting firm headquartered in Gresham, Oregon with offices in Auburn and Oakdale, California.
